After moving to Luang Prabang in 2013, she graduated from Souphanouvong University with a degree in Tourism Management (2014\u20132017). She gained valuable experience working in hotels and restaurants before becoming a tour guide in 2022. After completing her studies, she trained as an international tour guide in Vientiane (2024) and now serves as an English-speaking guide at Khmu Connections.
